That’s why we’re looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist who can take ownership at group level, work across countries, and drive improvements that go beyond one local portfolio. Why this role is excitingYou’ll work on group-level supply chain topics, not just one local category.You’ll own KPIs directly and drive actions that improve availability, waste, forecast accuracy and supplier performance.You’ll lead strategic process changes that improve automation, consistency and scalability across countries.You’ll work across different markets, supplier setups and demand patterns — giving you real international scope.You’ll help shape how Rohlik supply chain operates as we scale further across Europe. What you’ll doAs a Senior Supply Chain Specialist, you will own complex category portfolios and drive improvements across multiple supply chain domains at group level.You will:Own performance across marketsOwn demand forecasting, replenishment and ordering across complex, high-volume categoriesTake direct ownership of key KPIs — including availability, forecast accuracy, freshness and waste reductionDrive actions based on performance, not just reporting or monitoringLead supplier performance and collaborationOwn supplier operational performance within your scopeDrive compliance to SLA metrics such as OTIF, shrink, ASN accuracy and lead timesBuild improvement plans with key suppliers and push for better reliabilityWork with EDI processes and electronic data exchange with suppliers as part of improving operational collaboration and data qualityDrive strategic process improvementLead process and system improvements that enhance automation, data visibility and decision-makingSupport innovation in forecasting, replenishment automation and supplier collaboration toolsDrive changes that can be scaled across markets — not just local fixesWork cross-functionallyPartner with Category, Operations, Finance and Tech teams to improve availability, inventory health and working capitalWork across markets to align standards, compare performance and escalate cross-market risksLead improvement projects end-to-end — from identifying the problem to implementation and measurementSupport team developmentShare expertise with junior team membersHelp raise the bar in process discipline, analytical thinking and supplier management What we’re looking for4+ years of experience in supply chain, replenishment or inventory management, ideally in FMCG, retail or e-commerceExperience working across multiple countries / marketsStrong track record in improving availability, reducing waste and increasing supplier reliabilityHands-on ownership mindset — you don’t just track KPIs, you improve themExperience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives with measurable outcomesStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel, data modelling and BI toolsExperience with EDI processes (electronic data exchange with suppliers) — you understand how the system works, what key message types are used, and ideally have experience implementing or rolling out EDI processes in practiceAbility to operate independently in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced English (written, spoken) is requiredFluent Czech or Slovak is required What’s in it for youFair reward - You’ll get a strong fixed salary — no bonus games, no politics.
